The house is an open floor plan on the main level connecting the kitchen, dining room, living room and living room so your entire group can be together. From the grassy area, there are more stairs down to the lakeshore where you will find a patio with a fire pit and the dock leading to the pontoon. There is no beach. You step from the dock into shallow water, which has a hard sand bottom approximately 2 feet deep. You may walk into deeper water as desired where a weed-roller keeps the area nice for swimming and playing. Fishing off the dock tends to be successful for many of our guests. The landscaping includes flower and plant beds that we are always working on to keep beautiful. All of the work on the hardscape (walls and patios) has been done but the softscape (flowers) is a work in progress. In winter these trails are groomed for snowmobile and cross country skiing. There are sledding hills and an ice skating rink at Brophy Park as well.
